BASE SALARY COMMISSIONS | LEARN FROM A HIGH-PERFORMING AGENT| CLEAR PATHWAY INTO SALES AGENT ROLE We’re on the hunt for a driven and enthusiastic Sales Assistant to support a top-tier Director operating out of a high-performing office in Melbourne’s northern suburbs. This role offers exposure to every stage of the sales process – from open inspections, prospecting, and buyer management, to contract coordination and backend operations. Ideal for someone looking to learn the ropes from the best and transition into a stand-alone agent role in the near future. ( Must hold an Agent’s Representative Certificate & Driver’s Licence ) THE PAY: $60,000 Package Commissions OTE expected to exceed $90,000 (Salary negotiable based on experience) HOURS/DAYS: Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 5:30pm Saturdays required for opens & auctions Some after-hours work as needed THE ROLE: • Assisting in all aspects of residential sales • Attending client appointments (building, pest, final inspections) • Prospecting (letterbox drops, follow-ups, database calls) • Managing vendor reports and buyer feedback • Supporting marketing and campaign rollouts • Coordinating appointments, meetings, and settlement timelines • Attending photo shoots and open homes • Liaising with VA’s, reception, and external providers • Handling buyer enquiries and inspection follow-ups • Drafting, preparing, and delivering proposals and pre-listing kits • Attending all in-office training, auctions, and corporate events THE APPLICANT: • Enthusiastic, well-spoken, and highly driven • Confident liaising with a wide range of clients • Presentable and polished at all times • 6 months experience in Real Estate or an extreme drive and hunger to succeed in Real Estate • Must hold an Agent’s Representative Certificate or LEA • Must have a car and a valid driver’s licence TO APPLY: Once you’ve submitted your application, please text your FULL NAME “SALES ASSISTANT” to 0429 512 591 Your confidentiality is paramount when applying for this role.
